Every Breezy is made individually for you. Here's everything about production, delivery, and returns at a glance.
Pre-order — ships by 15.12.2026 at the latest. Arrives before Christmas within Germany.
You pay when you order. You can withdraw at any time before shipping and up to 14 days after delivery.
Production
Because we only 3D-print each band after you order, production takes 3 to 5 business days before your package leaves our studio.
Delivery Times
Within Germany 1 to 3 working days, to Austria and Switzerland 3 to 5 working days, to all other delivery countries 7 to 14 working days — each from dispatch. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio. For pre-orders, the ship date shown on the product applies.
Shipping Costs
We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Lebanon and Ukraine.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Iceland, Lebanon, Ukraine) may incur import charges (customs, import VAT) and carrier fees; these are not included in the price. You'll also see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you order.
Packaging
We ship with DHL, packed in plastic-free grass paper.
Returns Within 30 Days
You can return unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason – we refund the full purchase price, and return shipping within Germany is free.
What If the Size Doesn't Fit?
Just write to us — we'll send you the other size once, free of charge, even if you've already opened the box.
Voluntary returns on top of your right of withdrawal
The 30-day return for unopened boxes is a voluntary service on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and does not restrict it. Details are in section 10 of our Terms and in our withdrawal policy. You can also withdraw directly online via “Withdraw from contract”.
