A Breezy has two parts: a reusable magnetic band and two patches that you stick onto your nostrils like small band-aids. The magnets in the band latch onto the patches and gently pull your nostrils outward — widening the cross-section of your airway. Purely mechanical, no active ingredients, no habituation effect.

For many people, yes: if your snoring comes from a narrowed nose, the strip creates space and breathing gets quieter. We can't work magic on snoring that comes from the throat — please be honest with yourself there.

The patch adhesive is hypoallergenic, latex-free, and fragrance-free. Dermatologically tested. The band itself doesn't stick to your skin — it holds on purely through the magnets. If you have very sensitive skin, wear the first patch for a few hours during the day as a test.

No. The colour is sealed under a protective layer and holds up through sweat, rain, and long nights. Every sheet is individually checked.

S/M fits most noses. If your nose is on the wider side, or the strip feels tight at the edges, go with M/L. In the Size Guide you'll find our printable template with a calibration aid.

Yes. The strip sits on your nostrils, your glasses sit on the bridge of your nose — the two don't get in each other's way.

Usually no problem with nostril piercings — the patches can be placed slightly offset. With a septum piercing, you just wear the band and patches as usual.

As long as you like — you wear the band again and again. The patches last a full day (up to 12 hours); after that, peel them off and use fresh ones next time. A bit of warm water helps with removal and is gentler on your skin.
