Two measurements instead of one — that's how you find your size without owning a ruler.
The Quick Way
S/M fits most noses. If your nose runs wide, or the strip feels tight at the edges, go with M/L.
The Exact Way: Width and Projection
Because every Breezy is made to order, one measurement alone isn't always enough. Our printable size guide asks for two things:
Width — how wide your nose is measured from the outside, where the band sits. This is the main driver behind S/M/L/XL.
Projection — how far your nose tip projects forward from a flat plane at your forehead and cheek (flat, medium, high). Two noses can be equally wide but project differently — that affects how well the band sits without pinching or lifting off.
Both values together give you your personal fit code — similar to a shirt size made up of collar width and sleeve length.
Four Steps to Your Fit Code
Calibrate
Place a debit or credit card in the dashed frame on the template. If it covers it exactly, the print is correct — otherwise reprint at "actual size / 100%".
Measure Width
Hold a ruler horizontally under your nose, level with the nostrils — measure from outer edge to outer edge.
Measure Projection
Hold a flat book or card vertically against your forehead and cheek, then measure at a right angle how far your nose tip projects forward.
Read Your Fit Code
Cross your width with your projection on the template. That field is your personal fit code — give it when you place your order.

Your Printable Size Guide
The template has a dashed box at the top, sized to a credit card (85.60 × 53.98 mm / 3.37 × 2.13 in). Hold a real card up to it before measuring — if it doesn't match exactly, your printer scaled the page, and you should reprint at "actual size / 100%".
The template shows you how to measure width and projection yourself and read off your fit code. It's an early draft: the exact size zones are still being validated against real products, so treat it as a starting point rather than a final measurement for now. Until the final values are locked in, our team is happy to help you directly.
